TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MIKE MANGINI ZOOM CLASSES

Only the paid participant is allowed to observe the class with the exception of a parent being allowed to observe with children 12 years old or younger.

“Original Sound” must be enabled in your settings and then set to “on” upon entrance to the class.

Participants must have video “on” in a designated Video Class. 

Class material must be music education related only. No requests for hiring Mike, nor discussion yours or his personal information will be tolerated and the class will end immediately. No refund will be given.

No recording is allowed by anyone other than Mike or ADMIN is allowed. The content is the intellectual property of MIKE MANGINI®

CANCELLATIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS

There are no refunds for a class, with the exception of an issue with Mike Mangini’s ability to hold the class.  We will offer admission to another class, or refund if a class is cancelled. Participant agrees that no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy.

CONTENT

Class content is designed specifically for each paying attendee. There is no sharing of anything discussed in the lesson, and/or distributed electronically or otherwise any portion of class content given, spoken or demonstrated. Any content found online automatically or by Mike lawyer or Team, will violate the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and violators will be prosecuted under U.S. and international copyright laws. Vilators social media accounts will be reported.

LIABILITY

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you accept all of the terms stated and release and hold harmless Zoom, all participants and Mike Mangini from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with your lesson.
